    Involved in the development and implementation of supplier audit and auditor standards. Including performing over audits (450+), managing a auditor witness programme (30+) and auditor calibration meetings (10+). Key consult and update responsibility for various standards and codes of practices, e.g. TFMS, Contents Control, Allergens, Approvals, Foreign Object Detection, Packing in Glass, Thermal process.
  • 1985 - 2009: various UK based food manufacturing technical roles
    successfully implementing enhanced operational microbiological, GMP, product, process quality, HACCP, supplier standards and systems assurance across several competitive food manufacturing companies e.g. United Biscuits, St Ivel, RHM, ECL.
